Brands like Wendy’s have already begun to latch on to this with their epic responses to customer complaints on Twitter. Not only were they able to answer their customers in real time, they also stirred up brand buzz by adding personality to their responses. Now, if we’re being straight, their responses wouldn’t work for all brands, so take into account your brand goals before setting your unique response.
