2013
Matchstick Social opened its doors on King Street in 2013, having been rebranded from a Pittsburgh company called ClickBrands.
2015
Matchstick Social migrated to West Ashley, and the team began working remotely across multiple states.
2017
Amber & Rachel bought out the previous partner, took on an investor, and became co-owners and Partners.
2020
Matchstick Social pivoted through a global pandemic.
2021
After investing in operations, Matchstick Social continued to develop after a long year of transition and growth. With 6 employees total, located in 3 different cities.
2022
Moved to a new, bigger office in November with the largest team and client roster to date, AND voted Best Marketing/PR Company in Charleston!
2023
Voted Best Marketing/PR Company in Charleston for the SECOND year in a row, AND won 2 AMA Spark Awards
